With over 20 years of nursing experience, a lifelong native of St. Bernard Parish, Colby Airado has built a career defined by precision, leadership, and compassionate care. Her clinical journey began in labor and delivery at West Jefferson Medical Center in New Orleans, where she developed a deep foundation in patient-centered care during life’s most meaningful moments. She later advanced into the surgical setting at Vivere-Audubon Surgery Center, where her exceptional leadership led to her role as Director of Nursing and Facility Administrator, overseeing operations, compliance, and quality with meticulous attention to detail.
As a certified RN injector specializing in Botox, Colby brings a signature approach rooted in subtle sophistication. Known for her refined technique and natural-looking results, she enhances each client’s features with artistry and restraint—delivering outcomes that are effortlessly beautiful and never overdone.
Complementing this expertise, Melissa Percle brings a highly advanced clinical perspective as a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama. A New Orleans native and graduate of Loyola University, Melissa began her career as a registered nurse with over a decade of experience, including certification in inpatient obstetrics, before advancing into her current role in Urology at Ochsner Health.
Melissa’s approach to aesthetics is grounded in whole-patient wellness—blending medical knowledge with a thoughtful, holistic philosophy. She is dedicated to achieving balanced, natural results that enhance confidence while preserving individuality, ensuring each client feels both empowered and cared for.

Daniel Urias, MD
Dr. Daniel Urias has a rich background centered on service and a deep passion for understanding the human body. His journey began in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, where he showcased remarkable dedication and earned accolades for his efforts during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Driven by his fascination with anatomy, he pursued his medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine, gaining in-depth knowledge of the body’s complexities. He then completed a General Surgery residency in Pennsylvania, sharpening his surgical skills and deepening his expertise.
Eager to delve further into aesthetic medicine, Dr. Urias completed a plastic surgery fellowship at Tulane University School of Medicine. This experience allowed him to combine his surgical abilities with an artistic sensibility, leading to a distinctive approach to cosmetic enhancement.
Outside of his medical career, Dr. Urias is also an accomplished artist, expressing his creativity through sculpting. This blend of medicine and art defines Dr. Daniel Urias, making him a unique figure committed to both the science and beauty of the human form.
